2. Data we process
We obtain data directly from you when you submit an enquiry and during subsequent communication. Technical data is generated when the website is used and secured.
- identity and contact data: first name, last name, phone number and email address,
- service address: city, street, house number and, optionally, postal code, apartment number and floor,
- requested service, calculator selections, estimated price and enquiry timestamp,
- subsequent communication needed to arrange or provide the service,
- technical and security data such as IP address, browser type, request time and operational logs processed by our hosting and database providers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We do not use enquiry data for advertising messages, profiling or behavioural advertising.
- Handling an enquiry, preparing a quote, arranging a date and taking steps before entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Entering into and performing a contract, communicating with the customer and providing the ordered service – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Compliance with accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other legal obligations – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Establishing or defending legal claims, preventing misuse and securing the website and information systems – legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients and processors
Only authorised persons and suppliers have access to personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes described above.
- Supabase, Inc. – database, backend and related infrastructure,
- Vercel Inc. – website hosting, content delivery and security logs,
- IT support, accounting, legal or tax advisers where necessary,
- public authorities, courts or other authorised entities where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Supabase and Vercel are providers established in the United States and may use subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Where their services involve a transfer of personal data to a third country, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision where applicable, or on Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR together with supplementary safeguards.

6. Retention
An enquiry that does not lead to a contract is kept for no more than 12 months after the last recorded communication. A record of a concluded contract and related communication is kept for no more than 4 years after the service ends or a related claim is resolved. Accounting and tax documents are kept for 10 years following the year to which they relate, unless a longer period is required by law.
After the applicable period expires, personal data is deleted or anonymised. Technical and security logs and backups are retained and overwritten according to the relevant provider’s retention cycle. If a dispute, audit or proceeding is ongoing, the affected data may be retained until it is finally resolved and any related periods have expired.
7. Required information
Fields marked as required are needed to identify and assess the enquiry, contact you and evaluate the service location and scope. Without them, we cannot properly handle the enquiry. Other information is optional but may make quoting and service delivery easier.
8. Your rights
You may send a request to our email or postal address. We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity. We will respond within the periods required by the GDPR.

- erasure or restriction of processing where the legal conditions are met,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests,
- data portability where applicable,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
9. Automated decisions, cookies and local storage
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing or carry out profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The calculator only produces an indicative estimate which is reviewed by a person before any agreement is concluded.
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only your light or dark theme preference may be stored locally in your browser. Infrastructure providers may use technical means strictly necessary to deliver, secure and operate the service. If this changes, we will update this notice and obtain any consent required before deploying non-essential technologies.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our processing, suppliers or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the latest update.
